We recognize that our work gives us access to proprietary customer databases, advertising metrics, and internal software workflows. We treat all client data as strictly confidential and will never sell, lease, or monetize your information under any circumstances.
1. Information We Collect
When engaging Skaly for development, marketing, or automation services, we may collect the following information:
- Contact Information: Name, business email, phone number, and physical office address.
- Business Assets: Brand guidelines, logos, creative media files, and product catalogs provided for development and ad production.
- Platform Delegated Access: Partner access to Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, or cloud servers (AWS/GCP/Vercel).
- Billing Information: Official billing details for invoice generation. Note that we do not store raw credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively to fulfill contracted services:
- Designing, programming, and hosting custom websites, e-commerce stores, and software applications.
- Setting up, optimizing, and tracking performance marketing campaigns on authorized advertising platforms.
- Building custom AI automations and database pipelines to optimize your operational workflows.
- Communicating project milestones and weekly performance reports through private Slack or WhatsApp channels.
3. Data Ownership & Access Control
You maintain 100% ownership over all accounts, domain registrations, and advertising profiles. Skaly operates as an authorized agency partner or manager. You retain master administrative permissions and can revoke agency access at any moment.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted industry platforms to deliver our solutions, including Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Google Cloud, Meta Platforms, and Shopify. These platforms adhere to international security and encryption standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
5. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients upon request prior to project initiation. All team members assigned to your account are bound by strict non-disclosure clauses regarding your business financials, growth strategies, and customer data.

Meta Platform Data & API Policies
When you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram Professional Account, or Meta Ads Manager with Skaly ERP, our platform accesses specific data points strictly to provide automated ad analytics and authorized social publishing services.
- Data Accessed: Ad campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR), Facebook Page posts, and Instagram media metrics.
- Tokens & Credentials: All OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored with restricted access. Skaly never requests or stores user account passwords.
- Data Retention & Deletion: You may revoke access at any time or request immediate data purging by visiting our dedicated User Data Deletion Instructions page.
