Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project-Based Work (Start Plan & Custom Builds)

Fixed-scope engagements like our Start Plan (₹1.5L one-time) and standalone website/custom software builds are delivered via structured stages:

• Initial Discovery & Architecture: If you choose to discontinue prior to the start of visual design or programming, your deposit is refunded minus a 15% administrative discovery fee.
• Design & Milestone Stage: Once visual designs and wireframes are approved by the client, engineering and development resources are dedicated. A 50% prorated refund applies if cancelled prior to code deployment.
• Final Delivery: Following client review, staging testing, and final code handover to client hosting, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.

2. Monthly Retainer Plans (Grow & Autopilot)

Our monthly subscriptions provide active teams, ad monitoring, studio production days, and engineering availability:

• Cancellation Notice: You may cancel or pause your monthly subscription with 14 days' written notice prior to your next renewal date.
• Active Billing Cycles: Once a monthly service period has commenced and team hours/video shoots have been deployed, fees for that active cycle are non-refundable. No future renewals will be billed.
• Third-Party Ad Budget Spending (Meta / Google Ads): All client advertising budgets are funded directly by you on your own accounts and paid to the respective platform (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Because Skaly charges strictly for agency and campaign management services, third-party media spend is governed exclusively by those platforms' policies and cannot be refunded or credited by Skaly.
• Third-Party Software & Tools: Third-party SaaS subscriptions, external APIs, and domains are billed directly by those vendors and are non-refundable by Skaly.

3. Complimentary Revisions Guarantee

If any deliverable does not match the approved scope or design brief, our team provides complimentary revisions until it meets the defined standard. We do not finalize project milestones without explicit client sign-off.
