User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with the Meta Platform Developer Terms and GDPR regulations, Skaly provides a transparent and accessible procedure for users and client organizations to request the deletion of all personal and account data retrieved through Facebook and Instagram integrations.

1Self-Service Removal via Facebook Settings

You can instantly revoke Skaly's authorization and stop data sharing at any time directly through your Facebook account:

  1. Log in to your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left-hand navigation, click on Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Locate Skaly ERP or Skaly Platform in the list of active apps.
  4. Click View and edit to remove specific permissions, or click Remove to completely revoke access.
  5. (Recommended) Check the option to “Delete posts, videos, or events that Skaly posted on your timeline” and confirm.

2Request Full Data Purge from Skaly Servers

If you want our systems to permanently purge all stored tokens, cached ad analytics, Page IDs, and media metrics from our MongoDB database, please email our Privacy and Compliance Team:

Please include your Facebook User ID, Instagram Handle, or your registered Client Name. Our compliance engine purges records within 48 hours and returns an official confirmation code for your records.
